Adding regular massage to your routine can enhance your overall wellbeing.
I offer treatments on an individual level that incorporate traditional Swedish massage, Myofascial release (MFR), Deep Tissue and Level 4 Sports Massage techniques.
Fascia is strong flexible connective tissue that supports muscles, tendons and ligaments. It scars and hardens through bad posture, physical or emotional trauma, resulting in tension/knots and sensitive areas.
The techniques I utilise are effective in releasing tension and allow the muscle to restore it's natural function and alignment.
